Please note the eligibility criteria that apply to some of our housing schemes.
These are imposed by the terms of the charitable trust and we cannot waive them.
You may be asked to provide a medical report before being considered for almshouse
accommodation.
Please note that pets are not normally allowed.
Applicants who meet our criteria will be sent an application form to complete
and return. However, vacancies are few and the return of a completed application
form gives no automatic entitlement to a vacancy. The Company reserves the right
to make its selection based on the terms of the charitable trust, taking into
account both the needs of the applicant and those of the existing community.
