The Mercers' Cluster of Schools
The Company has sixteen schools that are closely associated with it, often referred to as The Mercers’ Cluster of Schools.

Within the Cluster there are some schools where the governing body is appointed by the Mercers’ Company.  There are also schools on whose governing bodies the Company has a right to representation and others where, although there is no formal right to representation, Governors sit by invitation.

The Mercers' Company and the Corporation of London have a close association with Gresham College, founded by Sir Thomas Gresham in 1596.
