Principal Object
The Housing Association was formed in 1983 to develop housing for the elderly primarily in Inner London.  It is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 and is a registered charity.
 
The Association provides sheltered housing accommodation at Mercers' House in Islington (28 units) and at Priory House in Clerkenwell (21 units) for older people at affordable rents.
