Making a successful transition into work, further or higher education or training is critical to a young person’s life chances and overall wellbeing. However, young people who experience disadvantage often face additional and compounding barriers, making these pathways more challenging to navigate.
We are inviting proposals for a Learning Partner to support the second phase (2025–2030) of our Transitions from Secondary Education Special Initiative, funded by the Mercers’ Charitable Foundation.
About the Role
The Learning Partner will work in collaboration with the Mercers’ Company and two cohorts of grantees throughout Phase 2 of the initiative. The purpose of this role is to:
- Facilitate learning, reflection and continuous improvement
- Support the grantees and their beneficiaries
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to share learning and insights
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the initiative
- Assess programme effectiveness and inform sector-wide learning
