Transitions from Secondary Education
Transitions from Secondary Education funds organisations working with young people in London who experience disadvantage to support them to successfully progress from secondary education.
Making a successful transition into work, further or higher education or training is critical to a young person’s life chances as well as their social and emotional wellbeing. Young people from disadvantaged backgrounds often face additional barriers, making pathways to education or employment opportunities even more difficult.
The Centre for Education and Youth (CfEY) and Causeway Education are the learning partners for Phase 1, facilitating collaboration and drawing together insights and learnings relevant to our future grantmaking and for the wider sector.
