The Mercers Logos and Brand Toolkit

Logos

Firstly, you need to determine whether you should use our Mercers’ Company logo (i.e. working in partnership with) or one of our charities logos (i.e. funded by). When referring to funding please check the charity that your organisation or project has been funded by and use this logo. 

We are the corporate trustee of six registered charities:

  • Mercers’ Charitable Foundation
  • The Charity of Sir Richard Whittington
  • St Paul’s Schools Foundation
  • The Earl of Northampton’s Charity
  • Mercers’ School Memorial Trust (The Merrett Bequest)
  • Charter 600
  • and sole member of Mercers' Company Housing Association.

Social media

Social media channels are great ways of publicising your work or grant news. The Mercers’ Company has a LinkedIn profile.
Please always acknowledge the Mercers’ Company’s support using the hashtag #Mercers’Company or tagging in on LinkedIn @Mercers’Company when posting content related to your grant. When referring to funding, please include the charity that has funded the organisation or project - 'The Mercers' Company, as trustee of [charity name].'

Media

Local media is an excellent way of raising awareness of your charity and telling people in your community the good news about your grant. 


If you wish to publish a press release or blog on your website or send to press, please contact comms@mercers.co.uk before doing so for approval. 

You can find the Mercers’ Company’s notes to editor for inclusion in a press release.
